MY COMMENTS TONIGHT ON ITEM 7.3 HAVE TO DO WITH THE CONTEXT.

AND I'VE REACHED OUT TO STAFF AND TO MEMBERS OF COUNCIL TO TRY AND BETTER MY UNDERSTANDING AS TO WHERE WE ARE.

AND THAT'S KIND OF WHAT I WANT TO TALK TO YOU ABOUT TONIGHT.

IT'S GREAT THAT THE SKI HILL HAD AN EXCELLENT YEAR LAST YEAR.

I'VE BEEN A SUPPORTER OF THE SKI HILL AND AN ADVOCATE FOR UTILIZING IT MORE, DOING MORE, DOING BETTER.

I LOVE GOING OUT THERE AND SEEING IT CROWDED.

I THINK LAST YEAR'S EVENT WHERE I'M SORRY, APRIL'S EVENT WHERE WE HAD THE SKI HILL CLIMB, WAS A FANTASTIC SUCCESS.

MY QUESTION, NOT MY QUESTION.

I CAN'T ASK A QUESTION.

WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW AND WHAT I'M SURE MANY MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IS HOW CAN WE DO BETTER? WHAT DOES THIS INFORMATION THAT'S ON THE AGENDA TONIGHT AFFORD US TO ENHANCE WHAT WE HAVE? IT'S ONE OF THE CROWN JEWELS OF OUR CITY.

WE'VE INVESTED A GREAT DEAL OF RESOURCES IN IT.

THERE'S A TREMENDOUS GROUP OF VOLUNTEERS THAT PUT A LOT OF BLOOD AND SWEAT INTO KEEPING IT GOING AND MODERNIZING IT.

IN THE PAST, THE MUNICIPALITIES PUT FORWARD A GREAT DEAL OF FINANCE TO ENSURE THAT THE SKI HILL REMAINS VIABLE AND HAS UP TO DATE EQUIPMENT. WE DO NOT OPERATE CURRENTLY, TO MY KNOWLEDGE, THE SKI HILL THE WAY WE DO OUR OTHER ASSETS THAT ARE UNDER MANAGEMENT BY ANOTHER ORGANIZATION THAT WAS BROUGHT UP DURING THE LAST TERM OF COUNCIL AS TO HOW ARE WE GOING TO DEFINE THAT RELATIONSHIP ON PAPER THAT PROTECTS THEM AND THE MUNICIPALITY THAT ENSURES THAT THIS INTEREST REMAINS VIABLE FOR THE NEXT 30 OR 40 YEARS.

IT'S OBVIOUS FROM THESE FINANCIAL DATA ON THIS INSERT IN 7.3 THAT THE ABILITY OF OUR SKI HILL TO PERFORM IS THERE. SO IF WE'RE GOING TO MAKE A CONTINUAL INVESTMENT INTO THAT PROPERTY, WHICH I'M SURE WE ARE.

THEN I WOULD LIKE TO SEE AND MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY WOULD LIKE TO SEE, AND I'M SURE YOU ESPECIALLY WOULD LIKE TO SEE THAT RELATIONSHIP DEFINED AS IT SHOULD AND COULD BE, SO THAT ITS SUCCESS IS MORE OR LESS ASSURED MOVING FORWARD.

AND I MEAN, THERE'S BEEN TATEMENTS ON PREVIOUS COUNCILS OF WHO OWNS WHAT AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT, AND THAT THAT BREAKS FROM EQUIPMENT TO INSURANCE TO OWNERSHIP OF CHATTELS TO PROPERTY TO WHO'S RESPONSIBLE FOR X, Y AND Z.

AND IN APRIL, WE WENT TO THE TROUBLE OF HAVING A SPECIFIC AGREEMENT FOR ONE DAY.

WHICH WAS GREAT, BUT THAT DOES NOTHING FOR THE OTHER 364 DAYS.

SO WITH YOUR INDULGENCE IN TIME, I GUESS I'M REQUESTING THAT THIS COUNCIL ADDRESSES THAT AND WE CAN PUT IT TO BED AND MOVE FORWARD.

SO I WOULD LIKE TO THANK YOU FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY.

ACTING MAYOR WANNAN AND MEMBERS OF STAFF.

AND FELLOW CITIZENS WHO ARE ALSO STAKEHOLDERS IN ELLIOT LAKE.

ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST THE 2ND, SIX MATURE TREES WERE REMOVED FROM CITY PROPERTY ON ONTARIO STREET IN THE AREA OF THE UPPER PLAZA.

THIS DRAMATICALLY CHANGED THE LANDSCAPE IN THAT AREA.

AGAIN, THIS ISN'T A QUESTION PERIOD, BUT I WILL SIMPLY WONDER OUT LOUD AND I HOPE THAT WHEN THIS COMES TO THAT POINT, THOSE QUESTIONS THAT ARE USEFUL WILL FIND THEIR WAY INTO THE CONVERSATION AT 7.7.

THE DAY BEFORE THE TREES WERE CUT DOWN, THE PUBLIC WAS NOTIFIED THERE WOULD BE CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA AND TRAFFIC WAS GOING TO BE REROUTED.

CONSTRUCTION IS, BY DEFINITION THE WORK OF BUILDING OR MAKING SOMETHING, ESPECIALLY BUILDINGS, BRIDGES, ETCETERA.

THIS WASN'T CONSTRUCTION AND AS THIS WAS THE ONLY PUBLIC NOTICE, I WOULD SUGGEST TO YOU AND WONDER IF WITH YOU IF THIS MESSAGING IS AN EXAMPLE OF AN OPPORTUNITY FOR MORE TRANSPARENT COMMUNICATION ABOUT WHAT IS HAPPENING IN OUR CITY.

AT THE TIME TREES WERE CUT DOWN, THERE WAS NO APPROVED BUDGET FOR REPLACING THE EXISTING DRAINAGE PIPE THAT WILL BE COMING TO YOU LATER AT 7.7.

SINCE THE REMOVAL OF THE TREES COULD BE DONE SO QUICKLY, I WOULD WONDER WHY IT WAS DONE BEFORE THE REPLACEMENT PROJECT IS APPROVED.

I HAVE BEEN INFORMED BY STAFF THAT THE TREES WERE REMOVED BECAUSE THE ROOT SYSTEM WAS IMPACTING UNDERLYING SANITARY INFRASTRUCTURE.

I WOULD WONDER IN WHAT WAY WAS IT IMPACTING? WERE THE ROOTS GROWING INTO THE PIPE THROUGH CRACKS? IF THAT IS SO, WE'RE ALL SIX TREES GROWING INTO THE PIPES AND AFFECTING THE DRAINAGE.

I WONDER IF WE HAVE INVESTIGATED OTHER TYPES OF ROOT INFILTRATION REMEDIES.

SOME OTHER MUNICIPALITIES USE A FOAMING CHEMICAL METHOD THAT IS SAFER THAN OLD CHEMICAL METHODS.

I WONDER IF ALL THE PIPING NEEDS TO BE REPLACED WITH THE TREES GONE NOW, COULD WE NOT DEAL WITH THE ROOT ISSUE AND ONLY THE SECTIONS OF PIPE THAT ARE DAMAGED IF THAT IS THE CASE? THAT SEEMS A MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE SOLUTION.

I ALSO WONDER IF THE PIPE IS BEING REPLACED.

IS IT BEING REPLACED WITH THE SAME SIZED PIPE OR IS IT A LARGER PIPE? I WOULD OBSERVE THAT THERE ARE DRAINS AND TREES ALL OVER ELLIOT LAKE AND I WONDER IF WE HAVE A PLAN FOR THE URBAN FOREST IN THE JEWEL IN THE WILDERNESS, AND WILL THAT BE IN OUR STRATEGIC PLAN? I NOTE THAT THE CITIZENS ARE SUPPORTING TOWN HALLS IN GREATER NUMBERS EACH TIME, AND I WOULD RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT YOU WOULD PLEASE HOST A PUBLIC TOWN HALL.

NOT A DROP IN, FOR THE STRATEGIC PLANNING PROCESS SO THE CITIZENS CAN TRULY PARTICIPATE IN THE VISIONING AND STRATEGIC PLANNING OF OUR FUTURE.

UNTIL 4 P.M. FOR THE EVENT.

THE EVENT SET UP TIME WILL BEGIN AT 8:00 AND TAKE DOWN WILL BE DONE BY 4:00.

THE EVENT ITSELF WILL RUN FROM 10 A.M.

TO 2 P.M. THE PARKING LOT SPACE BEING USED WILL TAKE UP APPROXIMATELY 11 PARKING SPACES, THREE DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE BANK OF MONTREAL AND THE REMAINDER ON THE BACK WALL OF THE LOT.

THERE IS AMPLE PARKING IN FRONT OF BMO LEADING DOWN TO THE DELI PARKING LOT.

THERE IS ONE ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPOT LOCATED IN FRONT OF THE BANK THAT WILL NOT BE BLOCKED FOR THOSE NEEDING ACCESS TO IT AND THE SIDEWALK AREAS IN FRONT OF THE BANK AND LEADING TO THE BOWLING ALLEY AND CHRISTIAN HORIZONS WILL BE FREE OF OBSTRUCTION.

THERE WILL BE AN INDIGENOUS DRUM GROUP PLAYING AND SINGING CULTURALLY BASED SONGS.

THEY WILL BE SERVING FREE FOOD AND HAVE APPLIED FOR AN EVENT PERMIT THROUGH ALGOMA PUBLIC HEALTH.

THERE WILL BE ACTIVITIES FOR CHILDREN, INCLUDING FACE PAINTING, GAMES, POPCORN AND LEMONADE.

THERE WILL ALSO BE A COUPLE INFORMATION TABLE SET UP.

THE ATTACHED PICTURE INDICATES WHERE THINGS WILL BE SET UP IN THE PARKING LOT, AND CITY BARRICADES WILL BE SET UP THE MORNING OF THE EVENT.

THIS WAS A REQUEST WHEN I BEGAN MY ROLE IN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT THAT WE'D GOTTEN CAUGHT UP AFTER THE PANDEMIC THAT WE ANNUALLY BRING TO COUNCIL THE FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE MOUNT DUFOUR SKI AREA.

AND THESE ARE THE ONES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING IN 2023 JUNE 30TH, 2023.

AS YOU CAN SEE FROM THE ATTACHED STATEMENTS, IT'S A VERY POSITIVE MESSAGE FROM OUR FRIENDS AT THE MOUNT DUFOUR SKI AREA.

THE BOARD MEMBERS, THE MANAGEMENT TEAM, EVERYONE THERE HAS DONE A FANTASTIC JOB THIS YEAR AND THERE'S A LOT OF DEDICATION PUT FORTH BY THE BOARD.

SO THAT'S REFLECTED IN THESE DOCUMENTS.

SOME OF THE HIGHLIGHTS ON THERE.

I WON'T GO THROUGH ALL OF THEM.

THEY WERE IN YOUR REVENUE OR IN YOUR AGENDA PACKAGES, BUT SOME OF THE IMPORTANT HIGHLIGHTS, GROSS REVENUE WAS UP NEARLY 150,000 OVER LAST YEAR.

WE HAD A GREAT SNOW SEASON.

THERE WAS A CHANGE IN LIFT TICKET PRICES.

THE ORGANIZATION STARTED PERFORMING A LOT OF FUNDRAISING ACTIVITIES TO TRY AND RAISE ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE CLUB AND THE SKI AREA. THE HILL CLIMB, WHICH WAS BROUGHT ON THE STRANGEST WEATHER DAY IN MY LIFE ON AN APRIL 1ST, GENERATED NEARLY $30,000 IN REVENUE.

THEY ALSO DID A GREAT JOB OF MANAGING THEIR LABOR EXPENSES WITH THE INCREASED, LABOR HAD ONLY INCREASED AN ADDITIONAL $26,000.

WHEN YOU FLIP THROUGH THE BALANCE SHEET, THE BALANCE SHEET, JUST FOR CLARIFICATION THAT YOU CAN SEE THAT THE CASH POSITION FOR THE CLUB IS STANDING AT $89,887.

BUT THE REALITY OF THAT IS THAT $40,000 OF THAT IS REPAYABLE AS THE CEBA LOAN.

THAT LEAVES THEM JUST A BALANCE OF $49,887.

AND THE CLUB HAS COMMITTED TO PUTTING FORTH $30,000 OF THAT TOWARDS THE TRILLIUM GRANT THAT THEY'VE APPLIED FOR TO UPDATE THEIR SEPTIC SYSTEM.

SO ULTIMATELY, WHEN ALL IS SAID AND DONE, THIS LEAVES THE CLUB WITH A CASH BALANCE OF JUST UNDER $20,000.

THE LAST FORM THAT WAS INCLUDED WAS THEIR VISIT SUMMARY AND THIS WAS BASED ON THEIR GL CODES THAT THEY PUT THROUGH IN THEIR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM.

FANTASTIC NUMBERS COMING OUT OF COVID PLUS HAVING A GREAT WINTER.

SNOW WISE.

THE HILL SAW 5,800 VISITORS, OR JUST OVER 5,800 VISITORS THIS YEAR, 300 OR SORRY, 3,093 OF THOSE USERS WERE

EXISTING MEMBERS.

SO AN EXCITING PART OF THAT STORY, LOOKING THROUGH THE NUMBERS, IS THAT 2,714 OF THEM WERE WALK IN PATRONS.

THAT TELLS ME THAT NOT ALL OF THOSE WERE FROM THE CITY OF ELLIOT LAKE.

SO AS A TOURISM ATTRACTION AND WHAT WE'RE TRYING TO DO WITH THE EXPLORE ELLIOT LAKE BRAND AND ENCOURAGING TOURISM TO THE MUNICIPALITY, THAT'S A GOOD SIGN AND WE CAN ONLY GROW FROM THAT. AND THERE'S GREAT OPPORTUNITIES STILL TO GROW WITH OUR MARKETING EFFORTS.

THE CLUB HAS FROM AN ACT PERSPECTIVE AND THE TOURISM MARKETING SIDE THAT WE'RE DOING, THE CLUB HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY SUPPORTIVE, VERY REACTIVE WITH US AND OUR MARKETING MESSAGE AND OF COURSE WE ARE PROMOTING THEM AT OUR TOURISM CENTER DOWN AT THE BASE OF THE HIGHWAY, WE HAVE MR. HAYWARD WITH US. MR. BRUNET WAS UNAVAILABLE TO ATTEND.

MR. HAYWARD IS HERE IN CASE ANY QUESTIONS POP UP FROM COUNCIL.

BUT TO ADDRESS A FEW QUESTIONS THAT HAVE POPPED UP, WE ARE WORKING ON EXISTING MOU OR A NEW MOU EXCUSE ME, SOMETHING THAT WAS SLATED FOR THIS OFF SEASON. WE HAVE STARTED SOME OF THE BACK WORK.

WE HAVE STARTED WITH SOME OF THE LEGAL STUFF REVIEWING IT.

WE ALL KNOW THE SUMMER IS FLEETING, BUT THE SNOW SEASON IS STILL FAR ENOUGH AWAY THAT WE ARE WORKING ON THAT TO BRING FORTH TO COUNCIL AN UPDATED MOU.

AND JUST TO ADDRESS IF THERE WAS A QUESTION ABOUT HAVING A SPECIFIC MOU PUT ASIDE FOR THE HILL CLIMB EVENT, JUST FOR THE CLARIFICATION OF COUNCIL, THAT WAS DONE OVER AND ABOVE BECAUSE IT IS CERTAINLY NOT REGULAR OPERATIONS FOR A SKI HILL TO HAVE A HILL CLIMB.

SO STAFF MET AS A GROUP AND ONE OF THE REASONS FOR BRINGING THAT FORTH WAS SIMPLY TO MAKE SURE THAT THE MUNICIPALITY WAS COVERED FROM ANY LITIGIOUS EVENTS BECAUSE IT WAS THE FIRST HILL CLIMB THAT I PERSONALLY HAD BEEN INVOLVED WITH.

AND I'M A LITTLE RISK AVERSE MYSELF, SO I WANTED TO MAKE SURE THE COUNCIL AND THE MUNICIPALITY WAS WELL COVERED.

AND AGAIN, THE SKI HILL WAS FANTASTIC WITH STEPPING FORTH AND WORKING WITH US ON THAT.

SO I'LL STOP TALKING NOW AND EITHER MYSELF OR MR. HAYWARD CAN ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU HAVE.

WE WE STARTED PUTTING FORTH THESE MEMOS WHEN WE HAVE AN AGREEMENT ON PURCHASE AND SALE AND IN THIS CASE, THE AGREEMENT PURCHASE AND SALE IS WITH THE ELLIOT LAKE EMERGENCY FOOD BANK. THE PROPERTY HAS A REALLY BORING LONG IDENTIFICATION OF A PIN THERE, BUT ESSENTIALLY IT IS THE TRIANGLE AT THE BASE OF SKI HILL ROAD AND OAKLAND BOULEVARD. THE ORGANIZATION PLANS TO CONSTRUCT A 3000 SQUARE FOOT FACILITY IN WHICH TO OPERATE.

THEY, OF COURSE, WILL BE HELD TO THE STANDARD COVENANTS OF A 24 MONTH BUILD TIMELINE AND A REQUIREMENT TO ENTER THE SITE PLAN CONTROL.

THE PURCHASER IS ALSO REQUIRED TO DO SOME ZONING AMENDING TO BE ABLE TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE AT THE LOCATION. LONG STANDING MEMBER OF THE COMMUNITY.

BUT WHEN WE LOOK AT WHAT'S ON THE GROUND AND DO THE CAMERA WORK THAT WE REALIZE, IT BECAME CLEAR THAT A FEW A FEW THINGS. THE CITY OWNS RIGHT UP TO THE ACTUAL BUILDING LINE AT ELLIOT PLAZA.

I JUST AFTER OUR ADDENDUM WAS PUBLISHED TONIGHT, GOT A QUOTE FROM THIS TORONTO CONTRACTOR INDICATING THAT THEY'D BE ABLE TO COME UP WITHIN THE NEXT TWO WEEKS TO INSTALL SEWER LATERALS TO THE BUILDING AT A COST OF $22,000, WHICH IS IN THE SCALE AND SCOPE OF WHAT COULD BE CHARGED FOR REMOVING SIDEWALKS, DEALING WITH STEELWORK, GETTING INTO A LOT MORE.

SOMETHING THAT I FEEL THAT WE JUST HAVE TO TRY.

IT'S THE FIRST TIME WE'VE DONE SOMETHING LIKE THIS IN THE MUNICIPALITY.

THE BIGGER CONCERN? WELL, IT WOULD ALLOW US TO DO A FEW THINGS.

UH, WE COULD DELAY.

WE JUST. THE DEPARTMENT HAS A REAL HESITANCY TO START DIGGING UP IN ONTARIO AVENUE BECAUSE OF OUR PAST HISTORY.

JUST UP THE STREET. SO WE CAN EASILY SEE HOW IT WOULD CASCADE INTO 100M OF.

SEWER MAIN REPAIR.

AND IF WE CAST OUR MINDS BACK TO THE HILLSIDE NORTH, PRICING THAT WE RECEIVED FOR SEWER AND WATER REPLACEMENT DOWN THERE, WE'RE LOOKING AT ROUGHLY 900M OF INFRASTRUCTURE REPLACEMENT FOR HILLSIDE AND ANTICIPATED COST OF SOMEWHERE AROUND $9 MILLION PLUS OR MINUS.

SO WE'RE TALKING ABOUT $1 MILLION FIX IF WE DO THIS CONVENTIONALLY.

SO WE THINK THIS PIPE INJECTION SOLUTION WOULD BE A WAY TO WARD OFF OR AT LEAST BUY AS MUCH TIME AS WE CAN BEFORE DEALING WITH A MORE COMPREHENSIVE REPLACEMENT FOR THE MAIN INFRASTRUCTURE.

SO MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT IT PUSHES THE EXISTING LATERAL OUT OF THE WAY AND THREADS ITSELF ALONG THE VOID THAT'S THERE WITH THE EXISTING PIPE.

BASED ON THE CAMERA FOOTAGE WE'VE BEEN ABLE TO SEND THE VENDOR, THEY FEEL CONFIDENT THAT THEY CAN GET THIS DONE.

SO THERE WILL BE A SMALL AREA INSIDE THE ELLIOT PLAZA THAT WE'D HAVE TO EXCAVATE IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE INSTALLATION.

SO IN 2019, I BELIEVE, WE HAD OUR ARENA'S WOOD COMPONENTS INSPECTED BY A COMPANY CALLED WOOD RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT CANADA.

AND I HAVE TO APOLOGIZE FOR THE THE LENGTH OF THE REPORT OFFERED IN AN ADDENDUM FOR THIS PACKAGE.

I TRIED TO BE COMPREHENSIVE BECAUSE THERE'S A LOT OF REPORTS, SOME OF WHICH THE PUBLIC AND COUNCIL HAS SEEN BEFORE AND SOME OF WHICH HAVEN'T, BUT THEY KIND OF TELL A STORY WHEN YOU PUT THEM TOGETHER.

WE HAD WOOD RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT WORK WITH TULLOCH ENGINEERING TO LOOK AT THE ARENA IN 2019.

THEY DID AN ASSESSMENT AND IDENTIFIED A BUNCH OF REPAIR THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE.

SUBSEQUENTLY WAS DONE AND ALSO ATTACHED FOR COUNCIL'S REVIEW IS A LETTER COMING FROM THAT FIRM SAYING AN OCCUPANCY LETTER SAYING YES, WE IDENTIFIED ALL OF THESE PROBLEMS. THEY'VE BEEN RECTIFIED TO OUR SATISFACTION THROUGH THAT PROCESS.

I WASN'T ABLE TO FIND EXACTLY WHERE IN THE REPORTING IF IT ACTUALLY DID SAY.

THAT THERE WAS A SUBSEQUENT FIVE YEAR.

INSPECTION TO BE DONE.

BUT I CAN TELL YOU WITH CERTAINTY THAT ALL THE CONSULTANTS THAT WE REGULARLY USE AT THE MUNICIPALITY ARE WELL AWARE THAT WE'RE DUE FOR ANOTHER INSPECTION NEXT YEAR.

BASED ON THE FACT THAT WE CLOSED THE ARENA, I BELIEVE THREE TIMES LAST WINTER DUE TO WATER INGRESS, I THINK IT MAY HAVE HAD LIMITED SUCCESS. SO IN THE CONTEXT OF THIS REPORT, THE CONCERN IS THAT THE WATER INGRESS COULD CONCEIVABLY HAVE IMPACTED THE WOOD STRUCTURE.

SEEING AS HOW WE'RE DUE FOR AN INSPECTION NEXT YEAR, STAFF HAS HAD AN APPETITE TO ACCELERATE THAT TIMELINE ALL YEAR LONG FOR A COUPLE OF REASONS.

IT WOULD BE COMFORTING TO ME PERSONALLY TO HAVE SOMEONE MUCH MORE INTELLIGENT THAN MYSELF COME AND HAVE A LOOK AT THE TRUSS SYSTEMS AT THE ARENA.

AND WE REALLY THINK THAT IT WOULD BE OF BENEFIT TO HAVE THIS INFORMATION BEFORE THE BUDGET PROCESS THIS YEAR SO THAT WE CAN DO BETTER PLANNING MOVING FORWARD WITH RESPECT TO THAT FACILITY.

SO I'VE BEEN ENDEAVORING, AS HAVE PREVIOUS STAFF, TO TRY AND GET THE CONSULTANTS HERE THROUGH THE SUMMER.

AND WE'VE HAD SUCCESS AND THEY'VE OFFERED US A PROPOSAL.

THEY'VE IDENTIFIED THAT THERE'S THE POTENTIAL FOR FUTURE DESIGN WORK IN SOME WAY, SHAPE OR FORM BASED ON THEIR ASSESSMENT.

I'M HAPPY WITH THE ASSESSMENT RIGHT NOW SO THAT WE CAN MAKE DECISIONS.

OBVIOUSLY, I THINK THIS COMMUNITY ABOVE MANY HAS A SENSITIVITY TO THESE TYPES OF THINGS, SO I HAVE NO ISSUE IN COMMISSIONING AND MOVING FORWARD TO GET THIS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER.
